Our work with UK Coaching to transform their digital services over the last 3 years has allowed the organisation to provide coaches across the UK with access to high-quality training and mental health support during incredibly challenging times.

This is something we’re immensely proud of, so it was great to speak with coaches at this year’s #UKCoachingAwards and hear first-hand how beneficial the website has been for them.

Lexi Williams, who won Young Coach of the Year, was particularly fond of the new points-based dashboard that we’ve implemented, as it allowed her to set targets, monitor her progression, and identify training opportunities unique to her.

UK Coaching has been a close partner of ours for a while now. Our relationship has been great, so it was an honour to present the award for Young Coach of the Year.  It was exciting to see how the new dashboard has helped coaches in their professional careers, giving them the support they need to improve their skills. A huge congratulations to Lexi on winning and all those who were nominated, they should all be super proud of themselves.
