We’re delighted to confirm we’ve been selected as a supplier on the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 5 (DOS5)

The DOS5 is a framework agreement that helps the public sector buy, design, build, and deliver digital outcomes. From 20th January 2021, public sector organisations can now secure Reading Room services for:

  • Digital outcomes
  • User research participants

We have a wide public sector client base, and our specialists have vast experience working with public organisations, so we’re looking forward to the additional opportunities this approval will bring.

We’re proud to be awarded a place on the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 5 framework. Our team is excited about the new opportunities this approval will yield, following the successful projects we delivered under the previous iteration – Digital Outcomes and Specialists 4. We look forward to helping more public sector organisations achieve their digital goals in the year ahead.
